About the Role:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven Amazon Expert to manage and optimize our presence on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Seller Central or Vendor Central and a strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, policies, and best practices. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, improving rankings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and backend data)
- Monitor and improve product rankings and conversion rates using SEO and keyword strategies
- Handle inventory management and forecasting to avoid stockouts or overstocking
- Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns and promotions
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and customer feedback
- Stay up to date with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and new tools/features
- Coordinate with internal teams for content creation, logistics, and customer service
- Analyze performance data and provide regular reports with actionable insights
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing successful Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
- Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and listing optimization strategies
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
- Data-driven mindset with experience using Excel or analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple SKUs or brands
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (e.g., UK, EU) is a plus
