About the Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, empathetic, and effective support to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues
  • Document interactions and track common issues to help improve support processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer education

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
